3 to 4 firm, ripe Fuyu persimmons (depending on size of fruit and dish)
1 10oz package Flanigan Farms Walnuts, Chopped
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Cut tops off persimmons and chop into ¾ inch pieces.
Spread one layer of chopped persimmons in shallow glass baking dish.
Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly over the persimmons.
Top with the walnuts.
