Talk about easy and delicious, this recipe
fits perfectly into holiday entertaining.

3 to 4 firm, ripe Fuyu persimmons (depending on size of fruit and dish)

1 10oz package Flanigan Farms Walnuts, Chopped

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Cut tops off persimmons and chop into ¾ inch pieces.

Spread one layer of chopped persimmons in shallow glass baking dish.

Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly over the persimmons.

Top with the walnuts.

Bake at 325ºF for 35 minutes or until walnuts are golden
