	4 medium Bosc pears, halved and cored ½ cup pure maple syrup ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ cup Flanigan Farms Walnuts Chopped, toasted Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a medium cake pan or baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange pears on pan, cut side up. Drizzle ½ cup of the syrup over pears then sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven remove foil cover and drizzle remanding syrup over pears. Bake, uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with toasted walnuts before serving. Ingredients: Walnuts, Chopped         Case Price: $29.70
