	Makes about 3 dozen ¾ cup Flanigan Farms Dried Organic Fuyu Persimmons* ¾ cup flaked coconut ½ cup Flanigan Farms Pecan Pieces 1 tbsp lime juice ½ tbsp grated lemon rind ½ tbsp grated orange rind Wash and drain dried persimmons. Let stand for a few minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Put through a food grinder. Add lime juice and lemon and orange rinds. Hand knead until well blended. Roll into small balls.
