	We provide our Pepitas and Sunflower Seeds in the natural unsalted state. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy them without salt, or if sometimes you want them salted, you can do that. Here is an easy way to make a salted pepita snack that is just to your taste. Put one 2.5 oz package of Flanigan Farms Pepitas in a bowl. Cover with cold water and salt to taste. Let stand for several hours or overnight. Drain off the water. Spread Pepitas in a single layer in a shallow pan. Dry in oven at 250ºF for 30 minutes or a little more if necessary. Transfer out of hot pan to cool. When cool, pepitas will be crisp.
