Makes 6 servings.

¼ lb fresh or frozen Green Beans, cut in 2-inch pieces and streamed until tender crisp
2 cups uncooked rotini, cooked according to package directions, (drain & rinse with cold water)
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into small strips
2 packages Flanigan Farms Pistachios Meats, lightly toasted
¼ cup coarsely chopped basil leaves

Dressing:
5 tbsp Walnut Oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients with dressing and chill thoroughly. 

To make Walnut Oil, combine one cup toasted walnuts with 2 cups vegetable oil.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 days.  Strain before using.
Makes 2 cups. Refrigerate unused oil for next time.
