FUYU FRUIT SALAD WITH PINENUTS

serves about 8

 

6 firm/ripe FUYU PERSIMMONS

1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)

3 cups seedless grapes

2 bananas sliced

1½ oz. package FLANIGAN FARMS PINENUTS

 

 

Remove tops, peel and cut Fuyus into approx. ¾” cubes.  Combine with remaining ingredients and moisten with pineapple liquid.  Toss and chill.  Or, toss and serve.
