SUNFLOWER CRUNCH SALAD

4 servings

 

1 cup raisins, light or dark

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained well

2 cups carrots, coarsely grated

½ cup FLANIGAN FARMS SUNFLOWER SEEDS

¼ t salt

mayonnaise

lettuce leaves

¾ cup grated cheddar cheese

 

Rinse raisins in hot water and drain well.  Combine raisins with pineapple, carrots, sunflower seeds, salt and just enough mayonnaise to blend.  Toss together lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.
