MULTI-GRAIN SUNFLOWER ROLLS

 

1 pkg. active dry yeast

¼ cup honey

1/3 cup warm water

2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup sunflower oil

1 cup cold water

1 cup FLANIGAN FARMS SUNFLOWER SEEDS

2 T FLANIGAN FARMS SESAME SEEDS

2 T poppy seeds

 

Combine yeast, honey and warm water in bowl.  Mix flours, cracked wheat, salt and sunflower oil in second bowl.  Remove one-half for later use.  Add flour mixture to yeast mixture.  Pour mixture into bowl; mix with dough hook until blended.  Slowly start to add remaining flour mixture until it pulls away from sides of bowl.  Knead on low 5-7 minutes.  Let rise until double in size.  Punch down.  Combine seeds, reserving small amount of seeds for top of rolls.  Knead lightly until seeds are mixed.  Form into rolls; roll in reserved seeds.  Let rise.  Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
